Known Issues

Switching Environments

Under the normal course of business, end users sign in to one environment and don’t change those settings. As an administrator, or a tester, you may switch between test and production environments. In the current version, there are known issues with data being cached in memory from the previous environment.

Please follow these steps to switch the connected environment or sign in with a different user account (This does not apply to selecting different routes or workbooks to download):

1. Make sure you’ve published all changes that you want to send to your currently selected server.

2. Visit the Server Connection screen and Sign Out

3. On the Help – About screen select Delete all data

4. Delete all data including the server connection information

5. Close the app and re-start it

6. Return to the Server Connection screen to sign into the new environment.
