Field Operator has the ability for field users to capture images of Run Tickets from the Run Ticket screens of the mobile application. The images are available to users of the ProCount and Carte applications aiding auditing and the monthly ticket reconciliation processes.
Additionally Shift Log users can take photos with their Android tablets and attach the photo to a log entry.
The run ticket images are stored in the cloud in AWS S3 buckets. Access to the images is secured by HTTPS and custom HMAC authentication tokens so only P2 Merrick apps can update or download the images.
