Asset modelling makes use of hierarchies, entities, templates, and attributes to give you a relevant “big picture” of your entire system.
The Asset Model (previously called the Plant Model) provides a hierarchical way to navigate around P2 Explorer, using the hierarchy navigator. Information is provided in a tree structure, which displays hierarchies and can be designed for any purpose such as a geographic hierarchy, an asset register, or a plant view.
