Explorer Release 4.10.1

P2 Explorer version 4.10 is a minor release that allows case categorisation in case management, adds case markers and multiple y-axes to the trend, and conditional formatting to data tables.

 

 

Explorer 4.10.1 includes:

  • Opening an Entry Dialog from an entry search result
  • Opening the Table of Contents by selecting an entity from a Page
  • Ability to download the Explorer License Audit list of users

Open an Entry Dialog from an Entry Search

Previously, when clicking on an entry that was returned as the result of a search, the entry opened in the Explore panel on the right side of the screen.

Now, when you click on an entry returned from a search, the Edit Entry dialog opens giving you immediate access to all Entry options including adding attachments.

Open Entity Table of Contents from a Page

Users have been able to open the Table of Contents for an entity and see the associated links, by selecting the entity in the hierarchy navigator.

New to Explorer version 4.10.1 is the ability to open the Table of Contents from a page.

Table of Contents for entity Wanganui:

To open an entity’s Table of Contents from a page, a Breadcrumb, Entity Selector or Hierarchy component needs to be added to the page in Studio by an administrator.

The component is configured to select a single entity and assigned an entity variable.

Hierarchy page component configuration:

By assigning the same entity variable to Entity Variable in Page Properties, users can open an entity’s Table of Contents by selecting the entity on the finished page.


Explorer Audit Report Includes List of Users

The License Audit report has been enhanced and now includes the ability to export a list of the Names and Display Names of active users to a CSV file.

Share Page Link Option to Persist State

An option has been added to the Share Page and Share Link dialogs to enable users to create a link which preserves the current state of the page.

When Preserve State is not selected, the link created will open the latest saved version of the Page or Trend.
