Reserved Characters
The following characters have been reserved in IFS OI Explorer and should not be used in any object names. They will be replaced with other characters as follows:

In addition, Windows adds the following characters that are forbidden by NTFS in file names:
? < > * |
This affects anything that uses the Windows file system, such as the Image uploader (see Adding Images).
Note: Reserved characters are allowed in Entity Display Names and Tag Native Names.
