Sentinel Release 4.16

Sentinel release 4.16 adds a new configuration option to improve the installation process.

New Configuration Option

The following changes have been made to the SentinelConfig.xml file, located at:

C:\Program Files\P2 Energy Solutions\P2 Explorer\Configuration\ServerConfig.xml

The Database group contains the following new configuration setting:

Setting	Description
DatabaseInitialConnection TimeoutMinutes	The time, in seconds, that Sentinel services will wait when trying to connect to the Sentinel database. This means that the installer will wait the configured amount of time before warning that the service is still starting, and will then continue with the rest of the installation. Default: 10
