Problem: Opening IFS OI Server Management takes a long time
Description: In the morning (or after a long period of inactivity) opening IFS OI Server Management takes 30 seconds or more.
Cause: This is due to IIS not being configured correctly.
Resolution: In IIS, ensure the Application Initialization feature is enabled. This feature allows IIS to start up a web application automatically when it shuts down.
