Sentinel release 4.21 includes:
- Configurable port for the Send Email action.
Configurable Port for Send Email Action
The Send Email action in Sentinel now supports a configurable mail port, addressing environments where the default port 21 is blocked.
A configurable mail port parameter ‘MailServerPort’ has been introduced to the SentinelConfig.xml file, to allow users to specify an alternative port, such as 587, ensuring compatibility.
Configuration File Changes
The following changes have been made to the SentinelConfig.xml file, located at:
C:\Program Files\P2 Energy Solutions\P2 Explorer\Configuration\
The Actions group contains the following new configuration setting:
