Retention Policy to Manage Data Mart Size
A retention policy designed to manage the size of the data mart and improve performance, has been added. The policy enables the length of time data is retained for to be configured in Server Management or the svr.Server database table.

Additional settings allow the policy to be configured to run automatically at a set time.

Exported Entries Table Includes Comments
Comments are now included when entries in a Shift Log table are exported to a CSV file.
Only the top-level comments are exported, this means any replies to comments are not included. Also, a maximum of 20 plain text comments will be exported and these will be the most recent comments.
The comment is displayed by date/time, user, and text, with each field on a separate line.

A Rule to Update a Field from Another Field
An Entry Pre Processing Rule can use the Update Entry Details action to copy the value of one field to another field of the same type.
The option Copy value from field is only available if there is another field of the same data type, as the first field selected, on the form.
Hyperlink Opens in New Browser Tab
Hyperlinks created in rich text fields will now open in a new tab in the browser, improving the user experience.
