The same entry can be viewed in multiple different Workbook Entries Tables, by sharing the entry.
Entries are used in A-Plus, Case Management and Shift Log.
The Share Entry function is found on entry actions menus, and any entry that has been submitted can be shared.
Selecting Share this Entry opens the Share Entry dialog.
Entries can be shared to the summary table of one or more workbooks.
Summary tables display summary form entries and can be configured to provide view only access to users.
Entries can be shared to any entries table on any workbook page.
There is only one copy of the entry. Additional fields are added to the entry to match what is required by the new form when an entry is shared.
After the workbook and table are selected, the fields from the destination table form will be displayed in the share entry dialog.
Any mandatory fields need to be completed before the entry can be shared.
Once the entry has been shared, the list of icons on the left in the entry dialog will show which forms the entry is shared to.
Select an icon to open the corresponding entry in the entry dialog.
