Since P2 Server only supports HTTPS, it must be deployed to a Web Site with an HTTPS binding configured. The Default Web Site in IIS will not work.
When you receive your SSL certificate, you should copy it to the machine on which you are installing P2 Server.
You should deploy an SSL certificate and create an SSL website when you install P2 Security, or before you install P2 Server. During the P2 Server installation, you will need to bind the SSL certificate to 2 ports.
