Problem: Cannot stop Server services
Description: When attempting to stop the P2 Server Data Broker Service or P2 Server Service, an Error 1061 message appears. The P2 Server services are unable to be stopped using the configuration tool or via the Windows Control Panel.
Cause: This cause is unknown.
Resolution: Using Task Manager, kill the P2 Server Data Broker Service and P2 Server Service processes.
