P2 Well Test provides a web-based user interface that allows operators and engineers to plan, execute, capture, calculate and analyse well test data in a consistent manner, independent of any specific control system and/or data historian.
P2 Well Test also incorporates all the functionality previously available as P2 Flow Rate Coefficients, allowing users to leverage the validated and approved well test results to derive time-aware theoretical multiphase flow rate coefficient variables.
P2 Well Test 4.2.1 adds the ability to create a well test for wells with start date in the future.
Create Well Test for Wells with Start Date in the Future
As part of their “new well” preparation process, organisations which frequently add new wells may need to submit a set of well test results with a start date in the future.
Well Test now supports wells that have a future start date for the Well Test template and hierarchy, and will not show these wells in allocation calculations and reports until the start date has been reached.
