P2 Shift Log version 4.10 adds some exciting new features including the ability to search the content of Entity fields, the addition of sorting and filtering options to Shift Log tables, a Workbook default time period, and datetime picker to embedded pages.
Shift Log version 4.10.4 is a minor release that includes:
- Default value type in user fields
- Embedded trend component added to workbooks
- Title added to iFrames
- Expand grouped entries by default
Default Value Type in User Fields
An additional setting for User fields in Workbook’s dialog view enables the fields to be set to one of the following default types:
- No default
- A specific user or role
- The logged in user

The option to set the default user type has been added to all entry types and the single log form.
Embedded Trend Component Added to Workbooks
Embedded Trends have been included in the Workbook Chart component group and can be added to a Workbook page.
Add Title to iFrame
A title has been added to iFrame component, making it easy to add a description of the iFrame’s purpose and content.
Expand Grouped Entries by Default
An Expand Groups by Default option has been added to workbooks configuration, and is selected by default.
