This week sees the release of P2 Explorer 4.9.1, P2 Shift Log 4.9.1, and P2 Sentinel 4.6.5.
Explorer Release 4.9.1 includes the following:
- Usability enhancements for Case Management.
- Ability to edit multiple cases at the same time.
- Ability to add a comment when bulk editing cases.
- Ability to make bulk changes to Title, Priority, Category, Assigned To, Due Date, and Description fields.
- New component to view the status of a Sentinel monitor on an Explorer page.
- Set a minimum and maximum range on the y-axis when in Shared mode.
- Add labels to the y-axis for stacked trends.
Shift Log Release 4.9.1 includes the following:
- New Shift Form component which allows page designers to display a table containing fields that can be directly edited within a workbook.
- Ability to specify an icon and background colour for items in a Named List.
- Ability for operators to share entries via the entry dialog.
- Ability for administrators to create action buttons on Forms, for quick sharing of entries to a specific workbook.
- A new Reporting Data Mart, to extract data from Shift Log for use in Power BI and SSRS.
- Additional Shift End Offset option for Data Entry Fields.
- Ability to view closed entries inside a workbook.
- A new Shift Log Administration module in P2 Server Management, along with additional security options for Named Lists, Forms, and Workbooks.
Sentinel Release 4.6.5 includes the following:
- When a case is raised from a Sentinel event, Sentinel administrators can assign a user to the case by default.
- View the status of a monitor on a native Explorer page.
- P2 Sentinel 4.6.5 is compatible with P2 Explorer 4.9.1.
